Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of fishing guide services arranged through the FlyAndLure.eu platform.

§ 2 Contractual Partners

The contract for the provision of guiding services is concluded between the guest and the respective guide. FlyAndLure.eu acts as an intermediary platform.

§ 3 Booking and Deposit

A binding contract is concluded upon submission of a booking request and payment of the deposit (30% of the total price).

§ 4 Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the booked date. For later cancellations, the deposit will be retained.

§ 5 Liability

FlyAndLure.eu is not liable for the performance of guiding services. The guide's liability is governed by statutory provisions.

§ 6 Minimum Age and Youth Protection

1. Participation in guiding services arranged through FlyAndLure.eu is only permitted from the age of 14. Children under 14 are excluded from participation.
2. Minors between 14 and 17 years of age may only participate in guided trips when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian must be present for the entire duration of the service.
3. When booking for minors, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they assume supervisory responsibility.

§ 7 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dresden.
